All participants of ICEI 2017 must be registered. The conference attendance is not allowed without registration. Please understand our policy that conference registration fee is NOT refundable.
(1) At least one author of each accepted paper must register using the author registration rate to ensure that the paper is included in the conference proceedings . If the registration fee is not received by Mar. 1, 2017, the paper will NOT be included in the Proceedings.
(2) For authors, payment of the registration fee covers the cost of paper publications, conference venue, conference proceedings,
work lunch and banquet, etc.
(3) For full conference attendees, registration fee covers the cost of conference venue, conference proceedings,
work lunch and banquet, etc, allowing to access all sessions and workshops.
For workshop attendees, registration fee covers the cost of workshop venue and work lunch.
(4) Payments of the resigtration fee is encouraged to sent by online transaction system, see registration link above. However payments sent by bank transfer is acceptable, but the authors must make sure the transfer is free of charges for IEEE ICEI 2017. Detailed instructions can be queried through our email icei2017china@easychair.org.
(5) On-site registration is acceptable, but payments must be done through AliPay(支付宝).
(6) IEEE member or student registration should send the scanned copy of the valid IEEE membership card and student class card respectively to icei2017china@easychair.org. Basically, IEEE members and students must be the first author of the paper. There is no double discount for IEEE student member and post doctor. (Post-doctor is not considered as a student).
(7) If the same author has more than one paper accepted by conference, each paper is required for registration separately.
(8) An official receipt for the payment will be passed to the registrant on the conference site.
(9) For international authors/attendees, please contact with icei2017china@easychair.org for visa applications if necessary.
